Long Meadow Farm
Long Meadow Farm is owned by the McKeever family, who are third generation apple farmers growing and harvesting a variety of apples namely the PGI Bramley Apple and a selection of sweet apples, in the Orchard County of Armagh. Join Catherine on a tour to find out how the farm has been managed and developed over the years, see the beautiful orchards hear their story and most importantly, sample the produce.
What to expect on the tour
- An orchard walk explaining the different orchard plantations in place
- Visit to the cold storage facility where apples can be stored from harvest season in September straight through to June the following year
- Opportunity to see the pressing and blending facilities
- See our Apple Cider Vinegar room
- History of the Oak Aged Barrels
- And of course the opportunity to sample some craft ciders

Rosehill House
Rosehill House is an idyllic traditional style thatched cottage not far from the shores of Lough Neagh. When you step inside you will be transported to a bygone era, where you can learn the skills and traditions of bread and butter making. There is nothing more satisfying than eating your own homemade bread, which of course was the only way our grannies did it years ago. You’ll be amazed by the traditional old kitchen at Rosehill House in front of the turf burning fire and learn to make three different types of classic Irish bread.

Cook with Bronagh at her own stunning private home in the countryside outside Bellaghy. Bronagh loves to showcase recipes from her grandmother. Hillstown Farm
Hillstown Farm has is a must see on your foodie road trip, they have some delicious local produce, from high quality meats to their own beer, brewed on site. The farm shop stocks their own fabulous produce as well as that of other local producers, you’ll be amazed to hear Nigel’s family stories and find how they came to open a brewery. His brewery tour should be followed by a visit to the cafe for some homemade treats.
